Every member of our work community works in an equitable, equal and safe environment. Elmo already has over 100 employees, and as we grow, we are constantly creating new jobs in Finland.

The ICT services we provide make the workday simpler and more enjoyable for thousands of people. That’s why we take the time to thoroughly understand our customers’ business, processes and culture. This way, we can deliver the services that are best suited to each company. Not too much, not too little, but just right.
We ensure that our services and the skills of their users develop with the changing world. This ensures that future work will also be efficient and productive.
Our environmental actions today will bear fruit tomorrow
Or at least grow a tree! Climate change is an important issue for everyone, and we want to take concrete action for a better future. We want to be an inspiring example of how we can take responsible (seedling) actions together.
We are participating in the Finnish 4H association’s Taimiteko (Seedling Action) project, which plants seeds for a new forest to mitigate climate change – and employs young people at the same time!
We will recycle your IT equipment
More than 50 million tons of electronic waste is generated worldwide every year. The core of reducing the amount of waste is responsible management of the equipment’s life cycle. Most of the IT equipment that our customers return and that we no longer use is recycled. Devices that are not suitable for reuse are recycled appropriately.
As our customer, you have the opportunity to decide what you want to do with the equipment covered by our lifecycle service. If you are still satisfied with the equipment at the end of the leasing period, you can either continue to use the equipment or purchase them to own.
